1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account & Authentication Data

When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive and store:

• Your Google account name and profile picture (display only)
• Your Google email address (used as your account identifier)
• A unique Firebase User ID (UID) assigned to your account

We do not store your Google password. Authentication is handled entirely by Google and Firebase Authentication.

1.2 Birth & Personal Data for Predictions

To generate astrological and numerological readings, you voluntarily provide:

• Date, time, and place of birth
• Full name (used for numerological calculations only)
• Free-form questions submitted to the AI

This data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore under your UID and is used solely to generate and display predictions.

1.2a Palm & Face Images (optional, with your consent)

If you choose to use palm reading or face reading, and only after you give explicit consent on the capture page, we collect for the Kundali profile you select:

• Photographs of your left palm, right palm and/or face that you capture or upload
• Hand and face landmark coordinates and image-quality scores computed in your browser at capture time
• A structural feature set extracted once from each image (for example hand shape, line and mount descriptions, face shape and proportions), each with a confidence score

These images and feature sets are used solely to produce the palmistry and face-reading part of your readings. We never use them to identify you, to match or compare faces, or to train AI models. They are not shared with other users, and no ProxaAI screen — our admin tools included — displays them. The extraction deliberately does not describe age, gender, ethnicity, skin, health, mood, weight or appearance, and readings derived from them describe character and, where a cited classical scale applies, an approximate age window ("roughly between 30 and 45") — never a calendar date, and never lifespan, death, a diagnosis or identity. A reading may also name an area that asks for extra care of health or against accidents (for example digestion, joints or stress) as a forewarning, never with a date; for the palm only, it may carry the approximate age window a cited scale gives for that period of care; it is not a medical assessment. To say whether such a window lies behind you, is open now or lies ahead of you, the reading is given the age bracket of the Kundali profile in words (young adult, prime, mature or senior years) and a status computed from your age, never the date of birth itself. This feature is available only to adults (18 and over) and is optional: every other part of ProxaAI works without it.

1.3 Wallet & Payment Data

We store your coin wallet balance and transaction ledger (credits/debits) in Firestore. Payment transactions are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials. We receive a payment confirmation and order ID from Razorpay after successful payment.

1.4 Usage & Technical Data

We collect standard server and application logs including:

• IP address and browser/device type
• Pages visited and features used
• Timestamps of key actions (sign-in, prediction requests)
• Error and diagnostic information

On astrology.proxaai.com we also measure visits with Google Analytics 4 — the pages viewed, the events you trigger (for example signing up, starting a reading or a recharge) and, while you are signed in, your ProxaAI account ID, so that your visits from different devices count as one person — and with the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — page views and the sign-up, checkout and purchase events, including the purchase amount — to understand how visitors find us and how our advertising performs. Page addresses that contain a reading, profile or invitation ID are reported without that ID, and our admin pages are not reported at all.

1.5 Places & Location

When you type a place of birth or search for a city, what you type is sent through our server to the OpenStreetMap Nominatim service to find the place and its coordinates. If you choose "use my location", your device's coordinates are sent there once to name the place. We do not track your location.

1.6 Notifications & Email

If you allow browser notifications, we store your browser's push subscription (an address and keys issued by your browser's push service), your language and the kinds of notification you chose (a reading is ready, today's panchang, reminders), linked to your account while you are signed in. You can turn them off at any time in the app or in your browser settings.

We send transactional emails (for example about a payment) and occasional reminder emails from our Google Workspace mailbox. A reminder may quote the title of the reading you last asked for, and every reminder has a one-click unsubscribe link.

To learn whether our emails are useful, each email we send carries a tiny image and links that tell us whether it was opened and whether a link to our site was clicked; the visit is then marked as coming from email in our website analytics. We use this only to count how our emails perform, keep it for at most 120 days, and delete it with your account. Whether images load is your mail app’s choice — with images turned off an email is counted as opened only if you click a link in it.

1.7 Report Ratings

If you rate a Complete Kundli Report you bought (1 to 5 stars), we store the stars with your account and that report. On our website we show only the average and the number of buyers' ratings — never who gave them. About a day after you first download a report we may send you one email asking for a rating; like every reminder it has a one-click unsubscribe link. Rating is optional and earns nothing.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To compute and deliver personalised astrological and numerological predictions
• To manage your coin wallet and process recharges
• To display your prediction history and Kundali profiles
• To detect fraud, abuse, or unauthorised access
• To measure and improve the accuracy, speed and cost of our readings (we do not train AI models on your data)
• To respond to support requests
• To send the notifications you have allowed and, unless you unsubscribe, occasional reminder emails
• To measure visits and the performance of our advertising (section 1.4)

Support and quality review: authorised ProxaAI staff can read your questions and readings to answer your support requests, to investigate problems and to review the quality of our answers.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Apart from the visit and advertising measurement described in section 1.4, we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

3. Third-Party Services

ProxaAI integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase / Firestore — Authentication, database, and hosting
• Razorpay — Payment processing (Razorpay Privacy Policy)
• OpenAI, Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude (Claude directly and through Amazon Web Services Bedrock) — AI inference for generating predictions. Your birth details, the names you enter for numerology and your questions are sent to these providers to generate the readings. A request through AWS Bedrock may be processed in any AWS region.
• Anthropic Claude (via AWS Bedrock or Anthropic) — one-time feature extraction from palm and face images you have consented to upload. The image is transmitted once to extract the feature set and is not retained by the provider for training under the API terms we use.
• Google Cloud Storage — private, region-locked (India) storage for palm and face images, with automatic deletion after 30 days
• Google Cloud Run — Backend hosting, compute and server logs
• Google Analytics 4 — visit measurement (section 1.4; Google Privacy Policy). To opt out, use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on or block its cookies.
• Meta Platforms (Meta / Facebook Pixel) — advertising measurement (section 1.4; Meta Privacy Policy). To control how Meta uses this activity, use your Meta ad preferences and activity from other businesses settings, or block its cookies.
• Google Workspace (Gmail) — sending our transactional and reminder emails
• Your browser's push service (Google, Mozilla, Apple or Microsoft, depending on the browser) — delivering the notifications you have allowed
• OpenStreetMap Foundation (Nominatim) — place search and naming a location (section 1.5; OSMF Privacy Policy)

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and prediction history for as long as your account is active.

Deleting your account. You can delete your account yourself at any time: sign in, open the account menu and choose Delete my account (Google asks you to sign in once more to confirm it is you). You can also ask us at support@proxaai.com. Deleting your account removes, straight away, your profile, your Kundali profiles, your questions and readings, your Complete Kundli Reports and any star ratings you gave them, your palm and face images and features, your wallet balance (unused coins are forfeited, see the Refund Policy), your referral code, your notification subscriptions and your sign-in. As Indian accounting and tax law requires, we keep your payment and wallet transaction records for 8 years, without your name or email address. We also keep a one-way fingerprint (hash) of your email address, so that the new-user offers are not granted to the same address again. Server logs and diagnostic records expire within 30 days. Data held by Google Analytics and Meta follows their own retention settings (section 3).

Palm and face images are deleted automatically 30 days after upload. The hand and face landmark coordinates measured in your browser are deleted as soon as the features have been extracted from the image (or the image could not be read). The extracted feature sets stay with the Kundali profile until you remove them — you can delete any image and its features at any time from the dashboard, and deleting a profile deletes its images and features immediately. If a profile's date of birth is changed to show a person under 18, its palm and face images, features and consent are deleted at once.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to remember your language and a few display preferences, and Firebase Authentication uses browser storage to keep you signed in.

On astrology.proxaai.com, Google Analytics sets its cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to count visits, and the Meta Pixel sets its cookie (_fbp) to measure our advertising (section 1.4). You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, and use the opt-out links in section 3.

6. Security

We protect your data using:

• Firebase Security Rules restricting data access to the authenticated owner
• HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
• HMAC-SHA256 signature verification for all payment webhooks
• Rate limiting and server-side input validation

No system is 100% secure. If you discover a security issue, please report it to support@proxaai.com.

7. Children's Privacy

ProxaAI is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us for immediate deletion. Palm and face capture is additionally restricted to adults: it is refused for any Kundali profile whose date of birth shows the person to be under 18.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and data yourself at any time (account menu → Delete my account), or ask us to
• Withdraw consent for data processing (note: this may limit functionality)
• Delete your palm and face images and the features extracted from them at any time, from the dashboard, without affecting the rest of your account

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
