Questions people ask

How accurate is the report?

Every planet position, date and strength is calculated with the Swiss Ephemeris (Lahiri ayanamsa) from your date, time and place of birth, and the text is checked against those facts before the PDF is made. Astrology describes tendencies and timing, not certainties, so read the report as guidance rather than a promise.

Does it predict lifespan or death?

No. The report never predicts lifespan or death. The health page covers your energy and vitality, the habits that support them, the areas to look after and the periods that ask for extra care — a forewarning so you can take care, never a diagnosis. For anything medical, please see a doctor.

How long does it take?

Usually within 3 hours of payment, often in minutes. We email you a download link as soon as it is ready, and it appears in Dashboard → My Reports.

Can I download it again later?

Yes, for 90 days from the day it is ready, from the email link or from My Reports. Keep a copy: after 90 days the file is deleted. While it can be downloaded, you can also have it made again once, free.

What if the report cannot be made?

We retry automatically. If it is still not ready 72 hours after you paid, the 600 coins go back to your wallet by themselves and we email you. You can use them for questions in chat or for another report.

Can I get it in Hindi?

Yes. Choose English or Hindi before you pay, and the whole report, with its headings, tables and text, is written in that language.

Do I need my exact time of birth?

The report needs a time of birth, because the houses, the divisional charts and the timing all depend on it. If you are unsure, use the closest time you know; facts that change within minutes are marked in the report.

What kind of remedies does it suggest?

Three to five simple, low-cost remedies, such as a mantra, a small act of charity or a Lal Kitab habit. No expensive pujas and no gemstone prescriptions; for anything bigger, ask in chat first.

How do I pay?

₹499 through Razorpay (UPI, cards or net banking), or 600 coins if your wallet has them. Paying ₹499 adds the 600-coin pack to your wallet and the report uses those coins, so one report is never charged twice.

What do the star ratings mean?

The scorecard rates nine areas of your life out of five stars. The stars are computed from your chart, not written by hand: the strength of the house behind each area, its lord and the yogas that touch it, and the page shows what each rating rests on. Read them as how much support your chart gives an area, not as a promise of what will happen.

What if a dosha in my chart is cancelled?

The doshas page checks Manglik, Kaal Sarp, Pitra, Sade Sati, Grahan, Guru-Chandal, Kemadruma and the Lal Kitab debts one by one, and says for each whether it is present, cancelled or not forming, and exactly why. A cancelled dosha is shown as cancelled, with the placement or rule that cancels it, and it is never presented as a threat.

How is the report different from the free kundli?

The free kundli shows your chart: the planets, your nakshatra, the running dasha and the yogas and doshas it finds, and leaves the reading to you. The report reads the whole chart for you in 20 written pages: your life areas rated and explained with what helps, your yogas and when they work, the doshas checked one by one, your dashas in detail and the next three years, through twelve traditions.

Are my palm and face photos part of the report?

Yes, as free bonus pages. If your kundli has palm or face photos that read clearly, the report adds a page for your hands, your face or both after the 20 pages, at the same price. Each line and feature is read by the classical texts, with age windows only where a cited scale gives them, never dates or lifespan; health appears only as an area that asks for extra care, as a calm forewarning. A bonus page that does not pass our checks is left out; without photos you get the 20 pages as usual.
